URA Saccos Tanzania is a registered Savings and Credit Cooperative Society whose primary members are employees of the Tanzania Police Department, operating through 9 branches across the country. After thorough due diligence and evaluation of multiple competitive CBS options, URA Saccos selected TrustBankCBS for implementation across the Society. Trust Fintech delivered a turnkey Core Banking Software project within the committed 2-month timeframe, covering hardware and system assessment, requirements study and blueprint documentation, customisation and parameterisation, legacy data migration, UAT, user training, go-live support, and post-go-live technical support.

  • Deposits Management, Loans Management & Shares Management — comprehensive functionality enabling URA Saccos to configure and launch member-friendly deposit and loan products, with parameter-based validation for member loan approvals. The Shares Management module delivered end-to-end functionality for member registration, share contributions, allotments, transfers, and surrenders, with automated dividend calculation and dividend warrant printing
  • Demand Generation Solution — automating the loan repayment collection process, including batch file import for loan repayments, compulsory savings contribution deposits, and share account deposits, along with Excel-based bulk import for loan and deposit account creation and batch loan disbursement — significantly reducing staff workload and speeding up EOD processing
  • Mobile Banking — extending self-service banking access to members
  • Statutory Compliance Periodic Reports and Audit Reports
